1 hour project small generator

I have converted this small electric motor into a generator,i just removed the rotor and put a new shaft with 4 magnets,i keep the old windings and as you can see it works,not much power but for 1 hour of work is good.It can light up a 220 volts lightbulb,and a 12v 20w lightbulb.
