I have a new Mortox 6700T portable generator that will not give 220 volts?

I have a new Mortox 6700T portable generator that will not give 220 volts
Works great but only produces 110 volts, have brought it to 3 places to have it check out, no one can or is willing to fix it.
Not very much info in this generator on the internet.

Please help
