What’s the best setup for a wireless router setup in an RV motorhome?

I will be living in an RV with limited power a lot of time. My idea of phone and Internet is mobile broadband USB driver, magicjack, and a phone. I also want to route it for my iPod. What is the best setup for this keeping low energy use in the picture
